Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their order under the following conditions:

• Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of placing the order.
• If the order has already been prepared or dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
• Custom cakes or special occasion cakes cannot be cancelled once preparation has started.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be provided in the following situations:

• Order cancelled within the allowed cancellation time.
• Payment deducted but order not confirmed.
• Order could not be delivered due to an issue from our side.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund processing may take 5–7 business days depending on the payment provider.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
• Recipient not available at the delivery location.
• Minor design or decoration variations (as cakes are handmade).
• Delay caused due to traffic, weather, or unavoidable circumstances.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with photo proof within 1 hour of delivery. Our team will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
